These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, digital products, content, and the Corey_AI assistant engine operated by Outpost WFM ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website, subscribing to our membership tiers, or engaging our consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

1. Services & Scope

Outpost WFM operates two primary offerings:

  • Outpost WFM Services (B2B): B2P and corporate Workforce Management (WFM) auditing, capacity model development, team training, and advisory services.
  • Project Outcast & Corey_AI (B2C Subscriptions): Membership-based access to educational podcasts, downloadable WFM templates, deep-dive articles, community features, and the Corey_AI interactive assistant.

2. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

  • Billing & Currency: All membership subscriptions (Premium and Contributor tiers) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) in South African Rand (ZAR) or foreign currency equivalents processed through our designated payment gateways (Paystack, Peach Payments, or other authorized third-party processors).
  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to your renewal date via your member account portal.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the instant-access nature of our digital assets, downloadable models, and AI engine access, subscription payments are non-refundable.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. Existing members will receive at least 30 days' advance notice of any rate adjustments.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Our Content: All material published on this site—including but not limited to Project Outcast podcast audio, written articles, training curricula, graphics, branding, and proprietary forecasting models—is the intellectual property of Outpost WFM.
  • License to Use: Active members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our downloadable templates and frameworks for their personal or internal workplace operations.
  • Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, white-label, or publicly host our materials, forecasting templates, or proprietary frameworks without prior written consent from Outpost WFM.

4. Use of Corey_AI Assistant

  • Operational Co-Pilot Disclaimer: Corey_AI is an artificial intelligence assistant trained on WFM principles and methodologies to provide analytical insights, modeling support, and educational logic.
  • No Absolute Operational Guarantee: While Corey_AI is engineered for high accuracy, AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only. Outpost WFM is not liable for operational disruptions, scheduling errors, SLA breaches, or financial losses resulting from decisions made based on Corey_AI outputs. You retain final responsibility for reviewing and verifying all capacity math and workforce plans before live execution.
  • Acceptable Use: You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, abuse, or attempt to extract system prompts or underlying training data from Corey_AI.

5. Corporate Audits & Confidentiality

  • Client Data Handling: For B2B consulting and audit engagements, separate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and formal Master Services Agreements (MSAs) will supersede general website terms where applicable.
  • Data Security: We maintain strict data confidentiality regarding client operational metrics, shrinkage reports, and staffing data shared during audit engagements.

6. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

When participating in community spaces, comments, podcast panels, or mentorship channels:

  • You agree not to post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or commercial spam content.
  • We reserve the right to terminate membership access immediately, without refund, for users who violate community safety or engage in abusive behavior toward staff or fellow members.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including the South African Consumer Protection Act and POPIA where relevant), Outpost WFM shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website, templates, podcast content, or AI tools.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
