  • Curated Domain Knowledge: Corey_AI is an AI co-pilot grounded in specific, real-world Workforce Management (WFM) career experience, operational methodologies, and custom logic provided by the Outpost WFM team.
  • Model Accuracy & Verification: While engineered for high precision, Corey_AI is an automated intelligence and can occasionally generate inaccurate outputs or misinterpret complex data sets. All calculations, staffing projections, and operational strategies generated by Corey_AI should be independently verified before being implemented in live operational or business environments.
  • No Direct Liability: Outpost WFM and its owners accept no legal, operational, or financial liability for business decisions, financial losses, or staffing discrepancies resulting from reliance on outputs provided by Corey_AI. For high-stakes or tailored enterprise solutions, please reach out directly via info@outpostwfm.co.za for a formal consulting audit.
  • Fair Use & Anti-Abuse Policy: Access is provided under a Fair Use policy. Automated scraping, script-based querying, rapid-fire prompt spamming, or any attempts to reverse-engineer, extract, or exploit the underlying system prompts and knowledge base are strictly prohibited. Outpost WFM reserves the right to rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access for accounts suspected of model abuse without refund.
  • Continuous System Updates: To ensure peak performance, Corey_AI's underlying knowledge base, models, and calculation rules are updated every two weeks with new datasets, tools, and operational frameworks.
  • Data Input Security: Do not input unencrypted Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as employee full names, national ID numbers, or sensitive customer metrics into the chat interface. All inputs are subject to general processing rules outlined in our Privacy Policy.
